All registration fees are in Euros.

Full registration includes:

Admission to the sessions for all days
Access to the lunch buffet on Tuesday 4 June to Thursday 6 June

Resident registration

One-day Registration: There are no one-day fees available for EUNOS 2024.

To encourage participation of residents at EUNOS 2024 a reduced participation fee applies. The same items are included as for the full registration option. The resident fee applies for MSc, MD and PhD students enrolled in a university. You will need to be able to provide a copy of a student card or a written statement of your supervisor during the registration process.
For post-docs and other young scientists the full registration fee applies.

Additional information

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (EUNOS2024@congressbydesign.com).

If a cancellation is received before or on 3 April 2024, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.

For cancellations received after 3 April 2024, no refund will be given and full amount is required.

Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.

We regret to inform you that if your VISA application does not get approved, that you are not eligible to get a refund of your registration. We therefore recommend to apply early for a VISA if one is needed for your travel.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Letter of Invitation

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online registration process. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed paid registration.

Payment methods

We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Netherlands only).

Press can make use of one of the available registration fees (full registration or day registration).

Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the EUNOS 2024 Conference Organisers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of EUNOS 2024, 3-6 June 2024. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;

You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;

You have consented;

It is required or authorized by law;

It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;

It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.

Photography

The organisers of EUNOS 2024 may make use of a photographer/videographer during EUNOS 2024 for future promotional or other activities.
